Set Up the FORCEDECKS System:

1. Place Plates: Position the two FORCEDECKS plates with the minimal distance required between them.

2. Level Plates: If a plate is not properly levelled with the ground, adjust its front stand by rotating the steel circle.

3. Identify Plates: Identify the primary plate by its "out" cable connector, while the secondary plate's connector is "In." Connect the plates properly using the connector cable.

4. Power On: Turn on the system by pressing the silver round button on the right side of the primary plate.

Post System Setup and Test Conduct:

1. Open Two Tabs: Open one tab for the weight test and another for the vertical jump test in the web browser.

2. Initiate Weight Test: In the first tab, click the “Play” button in the weight test row.

3. Search for Group: Search for a group by its name or use the "Search Group" button.

4. Select Group: Click the "Select" button for the group you are conducting assessments with.

5. Initiate Vertical Jump Test: In the second tab, click the “Play” button for the standing vertical jump test.

6. Repeat Group Search: As in the weight test, search for and select the group.

7. Open FORCEDECKS App: Ensure the FORCEDECKS mobile app is opened and ready.

8. Link Device: In the FORCEDECKS app, select the device by clicking its name under the "Device" option.

9. Profile Selection: Select the athlete individually and in order from the group list in AssessPro.

10. Test Selection: Select "Countermovement Jump" in the FORCEDECKS app and proceed.

11. Start Tests: Click "Start Test" in both AssessPro tabs and then "Start" in the FORCEDECKS app.

12. Conduct Tests

  • Ensure that nothing is touching the plates. The system will start with "Zeroing."

  • Once zeroing is complete, instruct the athlete to stand still on both plates. The system will calculate the athlete's weight, and once successful, it will display "Success."

  • Then, instruct the athlete to perform the jump, asking them to jump two or three times to capture the necessary repetitions. After the jumps, click "Stop" to end the recording session.

13. End Testing and Upload: After testing, click "Finish" and then "Upload" in the FORCEDECKS app.

14. Complete Tests in AssessPro: In each tab, click "Complete Test," followed by "Get Results," and "Upload Results."

15.Prepare for Next Athlete: Use "Change Profile" in FORCEDECKS to select the next athlete and repeat the process until all athletes are assessed.

16.Resetting the FORCEDECKS System: After completing assessments for each group, click the “Re-Zero” button to reset the FORCEDECKS system before starting the next group.

17.Power down the System by long pressing the round button.
