In case you have forgotten your password to your ATIUM account, you can reset the same from the ATIUM web app.

Open https://app.atium.in on a web browser on your device.

Now click on Reset password. You shall see the page below. Enter your email address and click on the ‘SEND CODE’ button.

On clicking send code, you should see the page below.

Please check your email for an email from the ATIUM Support (support@scermlind.com) with the ATIUM Login verification code. This might take about 5 minutes.

Once you’ve got the code, please enter the same in the field requested.

Then, please enter a secure password and click ‘SUBMIT’.

Note: In case it has been more than 5 minutes since you’ve requested ‘SEND CODE’, then please click on Resend Code. 

Once you click submit, you would be requested to login to the ATIUM platform using your new password. Using the new credentials, you can login to your ATIUM account.
