How to View Menstrual (Female health) Tracking Dashboard on ATIUM Sports

1. Access the Menu:

   - On the homepage, click the three-dash icon to open the menu.


2. Navigate to the Dashboard:

   - In the menu, select "Dashboard" to proceed.


3. Open the Menstrual Tracking Dashboard:

   - Under the Female Health section, click "Menstrual Tracking."


4. View Protocol:

   - To view protocol details, click the page icon located at the top right, near the athlete name box.


5. Dashboard Insights:

    The dashboard will display key information:

     - Current Cycle Start Day

       (Click the exclamation icon for full phase details.)

     - Current Phase

     - Next Phase Predicted to Start

     - Next Cycle Predicted Start on

     - Last Period started on

     - Cycle details 

 

6. Cycle History:

   - Scroll down to view your cycle history in a calendar format.

   - Use the left arrow to view past month data and the right arrow for next month’s predicted data.


   Colour Indicators:

   - Flamingo Colour: Indicates past cycle dates.

   -Purple Colour: Indicates predicted cycle dates.
