1. Click the Calendar Icon:
On the home page, click the calendar icon to open the Menstrual Tracking page.
2. Record Periods/Flow:
- Under the "Periods/Flow" option, click "Yes" if you are on your period.
- After clicking "Yes," three options will appear: [Light, Normal, Heavy]. Select the one that best represents your flow.
3. Spotting:
- Click "Yes" if you are experiencing spotting, otherwise click "No."
4. Pain Level:
- Rate your pain level by moving the scale from green to red, where red indicates severe pain.
5. Symptoms:
- Click the three-dash icon with a pen next to the symptoms bar.
- You will see 14 pre-listed symptoms. Select the ones you are experiencing by clicking on them, then click "Ok" to save.
Acne: Skin breakouts or pimples.
Back Pain: Discomfort or pain in the lower back.
Bloating: Feeling of fullness or swelling in the abdomen.
Body Aches: General muscular discomfort or soreness.
Constipation: Difficulty in passing stools or infrequent bowel movements.
Stomach Cramps: Pain or cramping sensation in the abdomen.
Fatigue / Tiredness: Overall feeling of exhaustion or lack of energy.
Trouble Sleeping: Difficulty falling or staying asleep.
Headaches / Migraines: Persistent headache or severe headache episodes.
Diarrhea: Frequent, loose, or watery stools.
Craving / Increased Appetite: Desire for specific foods or an overall increase in appetite.
Nausea / Sickness / Vomiting: Feeling sick or actually vomiting.
Breast Pain / Tenderness: Sensitivity or pain in the breast area.
Reduced Concentration: Difficulty focusing or maintaining attention.
6. Mood:
- Click the three-dash icon with a pen next to the mood bar.
- You will see 11 mood options. Select the image that best represents your current mood, then click "Ok" to save.
Fine: Feeling okay or neutral.
Happy: Positive emotional state.
Energetic: Feeling lively and full of energy.
Motivated: Having a sense of drive and willingness to act.
Mood Swings: Rapid changes in mood, often with no clear cause.
Sad: Feeling down or unhappy.
Emotional: Easily moved or sensitive to feelings.
Overwhelmed: Feeling unable to cope or handle situations.
Irritable: Easily annoyed or angered.
Frustrated: Feeling blocked or hindered.
Anxious: Experiencing worry or unease.
7. Comments:
- If you wish, you can add additional comments in the comments bar.
Example:Irregularities, unique symptoms, or specific events influencing the menstrual experience.
8. Submit:
- Once you've completed all the fields, click the "Submit" button to upload your data.
