Marking and Viewing Athlete Attendance in the ATIUM Tasks App


How to Mark Attendance:


1. Open the ATIUM Tasks Mobile App.


2. Select the team using the dropdown menu.


3. To mark an athlete as absent, click the checkbox at the end of the athlete's name.


4. Click the "Mark Attendance" button.


5. Confirm the action by clicking "OK" in the pop-up message to finalize the attendance for the day.

How to View the Attendance Dashboard:


1. Open the ATIUM Tasks Mobile App.


2. Tap the three-dash icon at the top right corner to open the menu.

3. Select "Dashboard."


4. In the Dashboard, click the "Attendance" button.


5. Navigate through attendance records:

   - Use the left arrow to view the previous day's data.

  

   - Use the right arrow to view the next day's data.

  

   - Click the team icon to view attendance for a specific team.

  


 - Use the calendar icon, located next to the team icon, to select a date range (up to one year).

How to Mark and Review Session Attendance on ATIUM Tasks


Marking Session Attendance:


1. Open the ATIUM Tasks mobile app.


2. Navigate to the calendar:

   - Tap the 3-dash icon to open the menu.

 

  - Select 'Calendar' and choose the desired day.


3. View the day's sessions:

   - The sessions for the day will be marked. Click on the respective session to open its attendance options.


4. Mark Attendance:

   - Click the Tick icon if the athlete is present.

   - Use the Round icon to mark partial presence.

  

 - Click the X icon to mark an athlete absent for the session.

Viewing Session Attendance Data Summary:


1. Access via ATIUM Web:

(click here)

   - Log in and scroll down to find the 'Attendance' button on the right side.


2. Review Attendance Data:

   - Click 'Attendance' to open the session attendance summary.

  

 - Use the date range selector by dragging across the desired days.

  


 - Click 'OK' to view attendance data for the selected period.


Editing Daily Attendance:


1. Access Daily Attendance:

   - Click the pencil icon next to the 'Daily Attendance Summary' to open the edit page.


2. Make Changes:

   - On the edit page, check or uncheck the boxes corresponding to each athlete and day to update attendance records.


3. Submit Changes:

   - After making the necessary adjustments, click 'Submit' to save the changes.
