How to Utilise Fluid Intake (Hydration) in ATIUM Sports Mobile App:

  1. Open the ATIUM Sports Mobile App:

    • Launch the ATIUM Sports app on your mobile device.

  2. Access the Hydration Widget:

    • On the home page, tap the widget themed as water to access the Fluid Intake page.

  1. Set Your Water Intake Goal:

    • Input your water intake goal in millilitres (ml).

  • Press "Update" on your keyboard to save the goal.

  1. Update Your Water Intake:

    • Click the "Add Water" button to log your intake.

  • The Data Upload page will appear.


  1. Adjust Date and Time:

    • If needed, change the date and time by tapping the "Entry  Date" option.

  1. Log Water Intake:

    • Enter your water intake amount in millilitres (ml) under the Quantity section.

  • Optionally, add comments in the comments section.

  1. Submit and Visualise Data:

    • Click "Submit" to upload your data.

  1. View Updated Fluid Intake Page:

    • After submitting the data, you will be redirected to the updated Fluid Intake page. Here, you can visualise the dashboard under the "Today's Intake" section.


  1. View Data History:

    • Under "Data History," your upload history will be shown. Tap on it to expand and view the data you uploaded at specific times.

  1. Access the Calendar:

    • In the bottom right corner, you will see a calendar icon. Clicking this allows you to select a date range (up to 1 year) to view the data history you have uploaded.
