How to Take Wellness Questionnaire from Coaches Environment (Mobile App)

DEMO VIDEO:

1. Open ATIUM Sports Mobile App

-Launch the ATIUM Sports mobile app on your device.

2. Navigate to Sports Science Library

-Tap on the "Three Dash Icon" in the app.

-Select "Sports Science Library."

3. Access the Wellness Section

-Tap on "Wellbeing" to open the test list page.

-Select "Wellness" from the list.

4. Select Athletes or Team

-For specific athletes: Tap "Select Athletes," choose the desired athletes, and click "OK."

-For the entire team: Tap "Select Team" and then click "OK."

-The Wellness Questionnaire will now appear under the respective names of the athletes.

5. Fill and Submit Data

-Enter the required wellness data .

-Once completed, tap "Submit" to upload the wellness data for all athletes.

6. Simultaneous Updates

-The data will automatically update on the athletes' environment simultaneously.
