Step 1: Open the ATIUM Tasks App
Launch the ATIUM Tasks app on your mobile device.
Step 2: Access the Menu
On the home page, tap the three-dash icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open the side menu.
Step 3: Go to Sports Science Library
From the menu, scroll down and select Sports Science Library.
Step 4: Navigate to Load Qualification
In the Sports Science Library, select the Load Qualification option.
Step 5: Select Gym Load
Under Load Qualification, choose Gym Load.
Step 6: Enter Gym Load Details
Select Date: Choose the date for your gym session.
Add Set: Tap on Add Set to enter the details of your workout set.
Repetitions & Load (in kg): Input the number of repetitions and the weight in kilograms (kg) used for the set.
Activities: Choose the specific gym activity or exercise performed (e.g., Bench Press, Squats).
Comments: Add any relevant comments about the workout (optional).
Step 7: Upload Gym Load
After entering all the necessary details, tap Upload Gym Load to save the information.
This will upload your gym load data to the ATIUM Tasks system for tracking and analysis.
To View Gym Load Data on ATIUM Tasks App
Step 1: View Data on Home Screen
After uploading your gym load, go to the Home Screen of the ATIUM Tasks app.
Step 2: Click on the Widget
On the home screen, tap the Gym Load Widget to view your workout data.
Step 3: Choose Data Range
Gym load has been saved in DATE WISE.
Click the Calendar Icon to select the time range for the data you want to view.
Choose from the available options:
1 Year
6 Months
3 Months
Last Month
This will display your gym load data based on the selected date range.
