Guide to Entering Internal Load/SRPE Data for Athletes on ATIUM Mobile App

For Assigned Sessions by Coaches


1. Accessing the SRPE Dashboard:

- On the homepage of the athlete's mobile app, locate the scheduled S&C session indicated by a cloud icon (SRPE) under the session's details.

  

- Tap the cloud icon to open the SRPE page.



2. Entering Session Details:

  

- Date and Time: Tap on the date column to select the appropriate date and time of the training session.



- Training Type: Click the drop-down icon in the training type column to select the type of training conducted.

- Rate RPEV1: Choose an RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) value from 1 to 10, where light green (0) indicates an easy workout and red (10) signifies an intense workout.

 



 - Duration: Input the training duration in the duration column, measured in minutes.



 - Comments: Athletes can leave any relevant comments in the comment section.



3. Submitting Data:

- After entering all the required data, click the submit button located at the right end of the page.

  


- Upon submission, the athlete will be redirected to the homepage, and the SRPE cloud icon will change to a tick, indicating the completion of data entry.



For Athletes Adding Data Individually


1. Navigating to Load Quantification:


 - In the homepage of the ATIUM mobile app, click the 3-bar menu icon.

  


- The menu slide will open on the left side. Select "Sports Science Library" under the monitoring option.



   - Find and click on the "Load Quantification" option.



2. Accessing SRPE for Self-Reporting:

- Upon clicking "Load Qualification," the test page will open. Select SRPE to proceed to the data upload page.




3. Filling in Training Details:

  

 - Date and Time: Enter the session’s date and time.

 


- Training Type: Choose the type of training from the drop-down menu.

 - Rate RPEV1: Rate the session’s intensity using the SRPEV1 scale from 1 to 10.

   




- Duration: Specify the training duration in minutes.



- Comments: Add any comments relevant to the session.



4. Completing the Entry:


- After entering all necessary information, click the “Submit” button located at the right end of the page to finalize the data entry.
