GUIDE TO ENTERING TEAM INTERNAL LOAD (SRPE) DATA FOR COACHES ON THE ATIUM MOBILE APP

Step 1: Navigating to Load Quantification

  • Open ATIUM tasks mobile app

  • On the homepage, tap the “3-bar” menu icon located at the Top Right Corner of the screen.


  • From the slide-out menu on the left side, select "Sports Science Library" 

  • In the Sports Science Library, Under the "Monitoring" section, find and click on the "Load Quantification" option.

Step 2: Accessing SRPE for Self-Reporting

  • After selecting "Load Quantification," the test page will open. Select "SRPE" Session Rate of Perceived Exertion to proceed to the data upload page.

Step 3: Choose the Team or Athlete

  • Click on the "Team option” If you want to enter data for the whole team


  • Select the team for which you want to enter data

  • If you want to enter data for particular athletes, then click ''Select Athletes" option to choose the Athletes

  • Select each athlete by clicking on their names. You can select multiple athletes if needed

  • Click "OK" to confirm your selection.


Step 4: Filling in Training Details

  • Provide the session’s date and time in the designated field.


  • Choose the type of training from the drop-down menu.[For detailed explanations and examples of each training type, click here.]

  • Use the SRPEV1 scale (From 1 to 10) to rate the session’s intensity.

  • Specify the duration of the training session in Minutes.

  1. Include any relevant comments or notes about the session.


Step 5: Completing the Entry

  • After entering all necessary information, click the “Submit” button located at the right end of the page to finalize the data entry.
