Step 1: Go to ATIUM Sports Website
Open your browser and go to the ATIUM Sports website.
Step 2: Access the Calendar
Locate the left sidebar on the homepage of the website.
Click on the “Calendar” option. This will open the calendar view, allowing you to manage and schedule training sessions.
Step 3: Create a New Session
In the Calendar section, look for the “Create” button. It’s typically located at the top or within the calendar view.
Click on “Create” to start setting up a new training session.
Step 4: Choose Session Type
From the options presented, select “Training”. This will guide you to further specify the type of training.
After selecting Training, you will see a submenu. Choose “Strength & Conditioning” from this list.
Step 5: Set Primary Goal
In the “Primary Goal” section, you’ll find various options. Select “Strength”(If Strength is the objective of the session) . This indicates the focus of the session and helps tailor the training plan.
Select Duration
Specify the duration of the training session. This could be in minutes or hours, depending on your training schedule and needs.
Make sure to choose a realistic duration that fits within your overall training regimen.
Choose Expected RPE
The Expected RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) is a subjective measure of how hard you expect the session to feel.
Select the appropriate RPE level from the dropdown or slider, reflecting the intensity you plan to achieve during the session.
Step 6: Create the Core Session
Look for the “Create Session” button under the Core Session category.
Click on it to initiate the session creation process.
Set Block Goals and Number of Sets
Within the session details, you’ll find fields for setting Block Goals. This could include goals like improving strength, endurance, etc.
Input the number of sets you intend to perform during this session. This will help structure your workout plan effectively.
Step 7: Add Exercises
Click on the “Exercise” section to start adding specific exercises to your training session.
You’ll be prompted to enter details for each exercise, including:
Exercise Name: Specify the name of the exercise (e.g., Squats, Bench Press).
Intensity Type: Indicate whether the exercise will be light, moderate, or high intensity
Volume Type: Define how you want to measure the volume (e.g., total weight lifted, number of repetitions).
Value: Enter the actual value for the volume, such as weight in kilograms or number of repetitions.
Step 8 : Finish Core Session
After entering all exercises, look for the “Finish Core” button.
Click on it to save the exercises and finalise the core details of your training session.
Step 9 : Final Steps
Locate the “Finish” button at the bottom right corner of the session creation interface.
Click on “Finish” to proceed to the final details page.
Step 10 : Enter Session Details
On the final details page, you’ll need to:
Add a Session Title: Enter a descriptive title for the session (e.g., “Strength Training - Week 1”).
Set the Date and Time: Specify the exact date and time for the training session. (Session can be scheduled in terms of daily, weekly on specific days)
In the “Team” section, choose the specific team that this session is assigned to.
Add a Supervisor: Enter the name or select from a list to designate who will supervise the session.
Choose the Location: Indicate where the session will take place (e.g., gym name, training facility).
Description: If needed, provide any additional information or special instructions related to the session.
Step 11: Finalise and Save
Once all details are entered, look for the “OK” button.
Click on “OK” to save the entire session setup. This will schedule the session on the calendar.
Step 12: View the Scheduled Session
Return to the Calendar view to see the newly scheduled session.
Click on the session entry to view the details you’ve entered, including exercises, time, and assigned team.
Step 13: Select Date Range
To see the session details over a different time frame, use the calendar view options.
Choose the range from available options like Month, Week, or Date to filter and view your sessions accordingly.
