How to Take Wellness Questionnaire from Coaches Environment (Web App)

1. Access the Web App

-Open the ATIUM Sports web app.

2. Navigate to Wellness

-Click on "Sports Science Library."

-Select "Wellness."

3. Select Team

-Choose the team for which you want to take the Wellness Questionnaire.

-Under each athlete's name, the Wellness Questionnaire will be available.

4. Add Athletes Outside the Team

-Click "Choose Athlete(s)" if the athlete is not part of the selected team.

-A list of athletes will appear.

-Select the desired athlete(s) and click "OK."

-The Wellness Questionnaire for the selected athlete(s) will now appear on the list.

5. Enter and Upload Data

-Once all athletes' wellness data is entered, click "OK" to upload the data.

6. Simultaneous Updates

-The data will automatically update on the athletes' environment simultaneously.
