  • Athlete Summery Table: Name of the athlete with individual dashboard of them.

  • Training Done: Shows the number of completed training sessions.

  • Training Duration: Total duration of each training session.

  • Training Intensity: Intensity levels recorded during training.

  • Weekly Load: Cumulative load over a week.

  • Monotony: Variability in training load across the week.

  • EWMA ACWR (Exponentially Weighted Moving Average) (Acute: Chronic Workload Ratio): Provides a ratio indicating risk based on recent vs. long-term training load.

  • Daily Load Distribution: Breakdown of daily training loads.

  • EWMA ACWR Trend: Trends in the ACWR over time.

  • Daily Load Distribution Trend: Trends in daily load distributions.

  • Date Range: Allows for filtering the dashboard view by a specific period.

Detailed Analysis of the Internal Load Dashboard on ATIUM Tasks Mobile App

  1. Date Range Selection

  • Function: Allows users to filter the dashboard to display data for selected dates.

  • Usage: Click on the date range option to pick specific days for which you want to analyse data.

  1. Training Done

  • Description: Displays the number of training sessions completed by athletes during the selected date range.

  • Insight: Helps monitor training frequency and adherence to the program.

  1. Training Duration

  • Description: Indicates the total time spent in training sessions during the chosen period.

  • Utility: Useful for understanding the volume of training and ensuring it aligns with planned workout durations.

  1. Training Intensity

  • Description: Reflects the effort level reported or measured during training sessions.

  • Importance: Critical for ensuring athletes are training at intended intensity levels to maximize adaptation and minimize injury risk.

  1. Weekly Load

  • Analysis: Shows the cumulative training load for the last week and the current week.

  • Comparison: Allows for quick comparison week-over-week to adjust training plans as needed.

  1. Monotony

  • Description: Measures the variability or consistency of the training load.

  • Significance: High monotony indicates a repetitive or unvaried training load, which can increase injury risk; contrasting data between weeks provides insights into training diversity.

  1. EWMA ACWR Meter

  • Definition: Exponentially Weighted Moving Average of Acute: Chronic Workload Ratio, a crucial metric for monitoring training balance over time.

  • Colour Codes:

    • Orange: Deconditioning risk < 8au

    • Light Green: Adaptive recovery .8 to 1au

    • Dark Green: Adaptive stress 1 to 1.2 au

    • Red: Overtraining risk > 1.3au

  • Note: Requires 28 days of data to provide accurate readings.

  1. Daily Load Distribution

  • Visualization: A chart displaying the breakdown of training types by color on a daily basis:

    • Blue: Strength and Power

    • Green: Technical and Tactical

    • Orange: Endurance and Metabolic

    • Pink: Active Recovery

    • Purple: Physiotherapy

    • Red: Competitions

  • Purpose: Helps identify the balance of training types and adjust for optimal athlete development.

  1. EWMA ACWR Trend Line

  • Overview: Shows the trend in the ACWR over time to monitor fluctuations in training load relative to the athlete's long-term training load.

  • Interactivity: Clicking on the graph line reveals specific data for each day, offering deeper insights into load management.

  1. Daily Load Distribution Trend

  • Feature: Displays trends in how training load is distributed across different types of training sessions.

  • Interaction: Click on elements in the column chart to see detailed data entries for respective days.
