Navigation Video:
Step 1: Navigate to Injury Management
Go to the menu list and click on Injury Management.
In the list, find the entry for the Athlete and click the checkbox next to it.
Click the Close button at the top right corner.
Step 2: Manage Treatments
In the list, click the List button under the Treatments column for the Athlete.
Click on Add Treatment.
Enter the following information in the highlighted fields:
Subjective Information
Objective Information
Assessment Details
Plan Details
Click on Add Outcome Measure in the highlighted area.
From the Assessment drop-down menu, choose Relevant Assessment.
Enter the score in the Designated Score field found under Outcome Measures.
Click the Save button to save the score.
Type notes in the Shared Notes field for future reference.
Select the current status of the treatment.
Click the Finish button at the bottom of the form.
Close the treatment form by clicking the X button in the top right corner.
Step 3: View Timeline
Click on the clock icon to see the timeline.
In the pop-up, click the Close icon in the Health Problem Timeline section.
Step 4: Add a Diagnosis
Click the Add button located under the Diagnosis column.
You have the option to include a personalized diagnosis or add a diagnosis from the available list by selecting Choose Diagnosis.
Choose a diagnosis based on the current treatment. Our diagnosis database is structured around OSIICS and ICD standards.
After choosing a diagnosis, press Add Selected Diagnosis.
Step 5: View Treatment Timeline
Select the Clock icon to view the treatment timeline.
All treatments will be displayed here, along with the name of the person who added the diagnosis.
Note: Once the data is entered, it cannot be deleted.
Step 6: Complete Treatment
When the treatment is done and the injury is healed, click on the pencil icon next to the Athlete.
Select Full Training under the current status of Participation in Training/Competitions.
Scroll down and click the Finish button.
Once this action is completed, the athlete's profile will be removed from the open section in Injury Management.
