How to Track Resting Heart Rate (HR) on ATIUM Sports Mobile App

Steps to Upload Resting HR Data

1. Open the ATIUM Sports mobile app and tap the three-dash icon on the home page.

2. Click on "Sports Science Library."

3. Select "Wellbeing" and then tap on "Resting HR."

4. A data upload template will open. Enter your Resting Heart Rate (bpm) in the provided column.

How to Measure Resting HR Without Hardware


1. Place the tips of your index and middle fingers on the side of your neck, just below your jawline. 


2.Count the number of beats you feel for 10 seconds. 

3. Multiply that count by 6 to get your Resting HR in beats per minute (bpm).

4. Enter this value in the Resting Heart Rate column and click Submit to upload.



Viewing the Resting HR Dashboard

1. Go back to the home page and tap the three-dash icon.

2. Select "Dashboard."

3. Tap on "Wellbeing" and then "Resting HR" to open the dashboard.

4. To view data over a longer periodtap the Calendar icon in the bottom-right to adjust the date range.


Measuring resting heart rate (RHR) every morning is significant for athletes, as it serves as a vital indicator of their overall cardiovascular health, fitness level, and recovery status.
